When does GTA 6 come out?
GTA VI launches Thursday, November 19, 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S — confirmed by Rockstar Games. Pre-orders opened June 25, 2026, and digital preload begins November 12, 2026. A PC version has not been announced.
Is GTA 6 Online confirmed?
Not officially. Rockstar has not announced an online mode for GTA VI, and Take-Two has indicated the November 2026 launch focuses on the single-player story. Reporting on court filings suggests an online mode with at least 32-player sessions is in development, but until Rockstar announces it, all details are speculation.
Will GTA 6 Online be available at launch?
Almost certainly not. Take-Two has signaled that GTA VI launches as a single-player experience. Historically, GTA Online launched on October 1, 2013 — two weeks after GTA V — and Red Dead Online's beta arrived about a month after Red Dead Redemption 2. A gap between the story launch and the online mode is Rockstar's established pattern.
Does GTA6Session join game sessions for me automatically?
No. Rockstar doesn't provide a public API for joining live game sessions, so no third-party site can offer real matchmaking. GTA6Session is a coordination board: players post what they're looking for — activity, platform, region, mic, crew size — and connect via gamertag, Discord, or crew name, then group up inside the game.
Can I buy GTA$, modded accounts, or boosting services here?
No, and you never will. GTA6Session prohibits real-money trading of in-game currency or items, modded money drops, account sales, boosting, and cheating services. These violate Rockstar and Take-Two's Terms of Service and routinely get accounts banned. This board is for legitimate co-op coordination only.
