Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. Who we are

GTA6Session.com ("GTA6Session", "we", "us") is an unofficial fan and community resource for coordinating multiplayer sessions in GTA VI Online. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it. For questions, contact hello@gta6session.com.

2. What we collect

Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the page you signed up from, and a timestamp. That is the only personal data the site collects today.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URL) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We use IP addresses transiently for rate-limiting signup requests; they are not stored with your email.

Cookies. The site does not set tracking cookies and does not use third-party advertising.

3. How we use your data

  • To email you about the session board's launch and directly related product updates — the thing you signed up for.
  • To operate, secure, and rate-limit the site.
  • To comply with legal obligations if required.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Where it lives

Waitlist data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. Access is restricted to site operators. We keep waitlist data until the board launches and a reasonable period after, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@gta6session.com from the address in question. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/EEA under GDPR or California under CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor such requests regardless of residency.

6. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data. GTA VI is an adult-rated title.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially — for example when the session board launches with user accounts — we will update this page and note the new effective date above.
