1. Acceptance

By using GTA6Session.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

2. What the Site is

GTA6Session is a community coordination board for legitimate cooperative play in GTA VI Online: finding teammates for heists, races, business activities, in-game trading, crew recruitment, and casual co-op. The Site does not access, join, or modify game sessions, does not interact with Rockstar's services, and provides no matchmaking automation. Players connect with each other and group up inside the game themselves.

3. Prohibited listings and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited anywhere on the Site, including future listings, profiles, and crew pages. Violations result in immediate removal and permanent bans:

  • Real-money trading (RMT): offering, requesting, or advertising the sale of in-game currency, items, vehicles, or accounts for real money or anything of real-world value.
  • Modded money and drops: advertising modded lobbies, money drops, stat editing, or any manipulated in-game economy service.
  • Boosting and recovery services: paid or bartered rank boosting, unlock services, or "account recovery" offerings.
  • Cheating and hacking: promoting cheats, mod menus, exploits, or services that violate the game's terms of service.
  • Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, impersonation, spam, or listings unrelated to legitimate co-op coordination.

These activities violate Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive's Terms of Service and put players' accounts at risk. We enforce this line without exceptions and cooperate with lawful requests related to such activity.

4. Your content

When listings launch, you will retain ownership of content you post and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Site. You are responsible for what you post, including contact details you choose to share (gamertags, Discord handles). Post only contact information that is yours.

5. No affiliation

GTA VI, GTA 6, and Grand Theft Auto are trademarks of Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. GTA6Session.com is an unofficial fan and community resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Details about GTA VI's online mode are speculative until officially confirmed.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pre-release information about GTA VI is speculative unless attributed to official Rockstar or Take-Two announcements, and may change. We are not responsible for interactions between players arranged through the Site — use common sense when sharing contact details and meeting players online.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTA6Session and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including in-game losses, account actions taken by platform holders, or disputes between players.
